- Lead and manage the transaction advisory services team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Analyze and evaluate financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the due diligence process to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Prepare and present reports and findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in business development activities to generate new clients and expand services to existing clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Client Relationships.
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Requirements
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transaction Advisory Services Or Other Relevant Industry
