- Lead and manage a team of professionals in the transaction advisory services (TAS) department.
- Utilize your expertise and experience in TAS to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Create and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability for the TAS department.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to transaction advisory services.
- Collaborate with other departments within RSM US to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
- Ensure high quality and timely delivery of all TAS engagements.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent RSM US at industry events and conferences.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures within the TAS department.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by senior management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field; Cpa Or Mba Preferred.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Transaction Advisory Services, Preferably With A Top Accounting Firm.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Advising Clients On Complex Transactions, Including Mergers And Acquisitions, Due Diligence, And Financial Analysis.
