- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow practice, including identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow implementation, providing technical expertise and guidance to both team members and clients.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions to clients.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and training as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion of client projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a strong work ethic and continuous learning and development.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the ServiceNow practice, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the ServiceNow practice at RSM US by actively participating in business development and sales efforts.
Strong Technical Skills: A Supervisor, Servicenow At Rsm Us Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience Working With The Servicenow Platform. This Includes Knowledge Of Key Modules, Such As It Service Management, It Business Management, And It Operations Management.
Leadership Experience: As A Supervisor, This Role Will Require Managing A Team Of Servicenow Administrators And Developers. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Including Team Management, Project Management, And Mentoring Team Members.
