Job Description

  1. Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow practice, including identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow implementation, providing technical expertise and guidance to both team members and clients.
  4. Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions to clients.
  5. Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and training as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
  7. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion of client projects.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a strong work ethic and continuous learning and development.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and the ServiceNow practice, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  10. Contribute to the growth and success of the ServiceNow practice at RSM US by actively participating in business development and sales efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: A Supervisor, Servicenow At Rsm Us Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience Working With The Servicenow Platform. This Includes Knowledge Of Key Modules, Such As It Service Management, It Business Management, And It Operations Management.

  • Leadership Experience: As A Supervisor, This Role Will Require Managing A Team Of Servicenow Administrators And Developers. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Including Team Management, Project Management, And Mentoring Team Members.

  • Servicenow Certification: Rsm Us Values Individuals Who Have Obtained Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Or Certified Application Developer. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Platform And Its Capabilities.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For A Supervisor, Servicenow To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Clients. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Clearly Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
