- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of BlackLine software for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and identify areas for improvement and automation using BlackLine solutions.
- Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful implementation of BlackLine software.
- Train and mentor team members on BlackLine software and best practices for finance automation.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in finance automation, incorporating them into client solutions.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.
- Analyze data and provide insights to clients on the effectiveness and efficiency of their financial processes after BlackLine implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to identify cross-functional opportunities and promote the use of BlackLine software.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service, representing the company in a positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Automation, Specifically With Blackline Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis.
