Supervisor - Finance Automation (BlackLine)

- Lead and manage a team of finance automation specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within their financial operations.
- Develop and implement strategies for utilizing BlackLine technology to streamline and optimize financial processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in finance automation, and provide recommendations for incorporating new technologies into client operations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Create project plans and timelines for implementing automation initiatives, and oversee the successful execution of these projects.
- Train and educate clients on the use of BlackLine technology and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance teams, to ensure successful integration and implementation of automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and BlackLine representatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress and success of automation projects, and make recommendations for further improvements and efficiencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Automation, Specifically With Blackline Software.
Proven Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
