  1. Prepare and file state and local tax returns for a variety of clients.
  2. Conduct research on state and local tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients.
  3. Develop tax planning strategies to minimize clients' state and local tax liabilities.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients on state and local tax issues and concerns.
  5. Assist in the review and analysis of clients' state and local tax provisions.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax projects.
  7. Keep up-to-date with changes in state and local tax laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  9. Communicate complex tax concepts and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  10. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
