- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce within the non-profit sector, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for non-profit organizations and develop tailored strategies for Salesforce implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with non-profit clients to understand their unique goals and challenges, and recommend solutions that align with their mission and objectives
- Lead and facilitate workshops, trainings, and meetings to educate non-profit clients on Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs and workflows of each non-profit client, including data migration and integration with other systems
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for non-profit clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and analyze Salesforce data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
- Act as a mentor and leader within the team, sharing knowledge and expertise with junior consultants and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice
- Maintain a deep understanding of the non-profit sector, including the unique challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in this space
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand and enhance the impact of Salesforce within the non-profit sector and identify potential new clients or partnerships
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the values and mission of RSM US and the non-profit organizations we serve.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (Such As Business, Nonprofit Management, Or Information Technology)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Preferably In A Nonprofit Setting
Strong Understanding Of Nonprofit Operations And Processes, And How They Can Be Optimized Through Salesforce
Proven Track Record Of Successful Salesforce Implementations, Including Customization And Integration With Other Systems
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Team Members And Clients At All Levels.
