- Act as a trusted advisor to non-profit clients, providing expert guidance on how to optimize their use of Salesforce technology to achieve their mission and drive impact.
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects for non-profit clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within non-profit organizations.
- Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions that meet the specific needs and challenges of each non-profit client.
- Provide ongoing support and training to non-profit clients, empowering them to effectively utilize Salesforce and maximize its benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce and non-profit management, and share this knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and sales teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions to non-profit clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related needs.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues in Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for non-profit clients.
- Monitor and report on project progress and results, providing regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to Salesforce implementation for non-profit clients.
- Represent RSM US and our non-profit consulting practice in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth.
- Attend conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote RSM US and our non-profit consulting services.

Extensive Salesforce Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Preferably In A Consulting Role. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Platform's Capabilities And Be Able To Develop And Implement Customized Solutions For Non-Profit Organizations.
Non-Profit Industry Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of The Non-Profit Industry Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With The Unique Challenges And Needs Of Non-Profit Organizations And Have Experience Working With Them To Optimize Their Processes And Operations.
Project Management Skills: As A Senior Consultant, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively With Clients And Team Members.
Salesforce Certifications: Rsm Us Values Individuals Who Hold Salesforce Certifications, Particularly Those Related To Non-Profit And Consulting. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Certifications Such As Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, And/Or Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Will Require Working Closely With Clients And Team Members, So Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are A Must. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively With Team Members To Deliver Successful Projects.
