- Develop and maintain strong relationships with non-profit clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued success.
- Provide training and support to non-profit clients on Salesforce and its features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in Salesforce and make recommendations for implementation in non-profit organizations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for each client engagement.
- Collaborate with the RSM US team to identify and pursue new opportunities within the non-profit sector.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce for the non-profit team and provide guidance and support to junior consultants.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to making a positive impact in the non-profit community through the use of technology.
Extensive Salesforce Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Senior Salesforce Non-Profit Consultant Role At Rsm Us Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce In A Consulting Or Implementation Capacity. They Should Be Well-Versed In All Aspects Of Salesforce, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Non-Profit Cloud.
