- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance and support in all matters related to sales and use tax.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in SALT to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in sales and use tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to develop and implement cross-functional strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and drive the overall strategy for the SALT team.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SALT team.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, promoting the company and its services to potential clients.
Extensive Knowledge Of State And Local Tax Laws And Regulations: A Senior Manager In Salt Sales And Use Tax At Rsm Us Should Have A Deep Understanding Of State And Local Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Sales And Use Tax, To Effectively Advise Clients And Develop Tax Strategies.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Will Require Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Client Engagements.
