
Senior Associate - Process Risk and Controls Consulting
RSM US is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Associate to join our Process Risk and Controls Consulting Practice. This position requires a strategic thinker and problem-solver with a passion for helping clients to identify and address operational risk, process improvement, and internal control. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in process optimization, internal audit, and risk management.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and have a minimum of 5 years of experience with process improvement, risk management, and internal control in a consulting or professional services environment. The Senior Associate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills and should also be well-versed in data analysis and problem solving. A CPA or CIA certification is preferred.If you are an experienced problem-solver with a passion for helping clients to identify and address operational risk, process improvement, and internal control, then this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute process improvement and internal control plans for clients.
- Utilize data analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify and address operational risks.
- Work with clients to develop and implement risk management programs.
- Provide regular updates on progress and results to clients and internal team members.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present presentations to clients.
- Develop and implement process improvement and internal control standards.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
