Senior Associate - Process Risk and Controls Consulting

RSM US is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Associate to join our Process Risk and Controls Consulting Practice. This position requires a strategic thinker and problem-solver with a passion for helping clients to identify and address operational risk, process improvement, and internal control. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in process optimization, internal audit, and risk management.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and have a minimum of 5 years of experience with process improvement, risk management, and internal control in a consulting or professional services environment. The Senior Associate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills and should also be well-versed in data analysis and problem solving. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute process improvement and internal control plans for clients.
2. Utilize data analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify and address operational risks.
3. Work with clients to develop and implement risk management programs.
4. Provide regular updates on progress and results to clients and internal team members.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Prepare and present presentations to clients.
7. Develop and implement process improvement and internal control standards.
8. Handle other duties as assigned.
