- Develop and implement intelligent automation solutions using Appian technology to improve business processes for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation.
- Design and document automation workflows, rules, and user interfaces using Appian best practices.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of automation solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Appian technology, and continuously incorporate new techniques and tools into automation solutions.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Appian development best practices and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest automation solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Appian technology and provide guidance and recommendations to clients on the best approach for their automation needs.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities related to intelligent automation.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards in all automation projects.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the growth and success of the Intelligent Automation team at RSM US.
Extensive Experience With Appian: The Senior Associate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Hands-On Experience With Appian, Including Development, Implementation, And Maintenance Of Appian Applications.
Knowledge Of Intelligent Automation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Intelligent Automation Concepts And Technologies, Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa), Artificial Intelligence (Ai), And Machine Learning (Ml).
Project Management Skills: The Senior Associate Should Have Experience Leading Appian Projects From Initiation To Completion, Including Requirements Gathering, Design, Testing, And Deployment.
Communication And Collaboration: Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Senior Associate Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Client Stakeholders To Deliver Successful Appian Solutions.
