  1. Develop and implement strategies for automating finance processes using Basware software.
  2. Manage and maintain Basware software to ensure its effective and efficient use within the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation and process improvement.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of current finance processes to identify opportunities for automation and cost savings.
  5. Create and maintain documentation of automated processes, including user guides and training materials.
  6. Train and support team members in the use of Basware software and other automation tools.
  7. Monitor and report on the success and impact of implemented automation projects.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all automated finance processes.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in finance automation to continuously improve processes and systems.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with Basware software, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
  11. Collaborate with the finance team to optimize and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Participate in project planning and provide input on the implementation of new finance automation initiatives.
  13. Communicate with vendors and other external parties to ensure smooth integration and functionality of automated systems.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster their growth and development in finance automation.
  15. Represent the organization at conferences and events to showcase our finance automation capabilities and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Automation, Preferably With Basware Software

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, Including Ap, Ar, And Gl

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software Applications.
