- Lead and manage implementation projects for clients using the Coupa platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and configure Coupa solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Train and support clients on the use of the Coupa platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during implementation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to Coupa implementation.
- Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client relationships.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within RSM to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Adhere to project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Represent RSM and promote our services and capabilities to potential clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Coupa Software For Clients In A Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contracts, And Supplier Management.
Expertise In Configuring And Customizing Coupa Software To Meet The Specific Needs Of Clients.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Consultants, Ensuring Project Timelines And Deliverables Are Met.
Strong Communication And Client-Facing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Train On Coupa Software To Key Stakeholders.
