- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ, providing guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather and clarify requirements, and provide updates on project progress.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Stay current on Salesforce CPQ updates and advancements, and make recommendations for incorporating them into client solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in project planning and scoping activities, providing input on timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Salesforce CPQ solution architecture within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Salesforce Cpq Solution Architect.
Salesforce Cpq Certification And Other Relevant Certifications Such As Salesforce Sales Cloud Or Service Cloud.
Strong Understanding Of Cpq And Billing Processes, As Well As Experience In Designing And Implementing Cpq Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Client Stakeholders.
