  1. Develop and implement RPA solutions for clients using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities for various business processes.
  3. Utilize your expertise in RPA to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and advancements and continuously enhance your skills to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on RPA, providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
  6. Participate in the development and maintenance of best practices, standards, and guidelines for RPA development within the organization.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of RPA projects within budget and scope.
  9. Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on RPA development techniques and best practices.
  11. Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the RPA development process.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of clients' business processes and provide suggestions for process improvement through RPA.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations while performing job duties.
  14. Assist with pre-sales activities, including developing proposals and providing technical expertise to potential clients.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the RPA development process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Rpa Tools, Such As Uipath, Blue Prism, Or Automation Anywhere.

  • Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As C#, Java, Or Python.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing End-To-End Rpa Solutions For Complex Business Processes.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Understand And Translate Complex Business Requirements Into Efficient Rpa Workflows.
