RSM US is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer Director to join our team and lead our talented team of pre-sales engineers. As the Director, you will play a critical role in driving our pre-sales strategy, working closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.   1. Develop and implement pre-sales strategies to support business growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Lead and manage a team of pre-sales engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and attending industry events.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  9. Work closely with the sales team to create proposals and pricing strategies for potential clients.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the pre-sales process, implementing best practices and streamlining workflows.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on pre-sales activities, performance, and results.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance our solutions and offerings.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to the sales team and clients.

  15. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Technical Pre-Sales Role, Preferably In The It Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Discipline.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Pre-Sales Engineers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of It Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, And Enterprise Software Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
