  1. Lead and manage the pre-sales engineering team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success for the pre-sales engineering team.
  3. Serve as the primary technical expert for the sales team, providing technical solutions and expertise to clients.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored technical solutions to meet their business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the team is equipped to provide the best solutions to clients.
  7. Oversee the development and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company's products and services.
  8. Work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
  9. Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to track team and individual performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the team's processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve sales goals.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the company's products and services.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the pre-sales engineering team.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Technical Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Pre-Sales Engineering Role, Preferably In The It Or Consulting Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Pre-Sales Engineers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Experience Collaborating With Sales Teams To Drive Business Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
