Extensive Experience In Penetration Testing: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Successful Penetration Tests In Various Environments And Industries. This Includes Experience With Network, Web Application, Mobile, And Social Engineering Testing.
Strong Technical Skills: A Penetration Tester Manager Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Networking Protocols, And Security Tools. They Should Also Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Ruby, And Sql.
Leadership And Management Abilities: The Manager Should Have Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Penetration Testers, As Well As Coordinating With Other Departments And Stakeholders. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
