  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures for Oracle databases.
  2. Monitor and analyze database activity to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  3. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Manage user access and permissions to Oracle databases.

  19. Mentor and coach junior security team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Oracle Database Administration And Security Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Database Security Concepts, Protocols, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Security Controls For Oracle Databases, Including User Access Management, Encryption, And Auditing.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Database Administrators.
