Responsibilities:

1. Assist the professional services team in the implementation and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite systems.
2. Analyze data and identify potential solutions to complex problems.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful system and integration implementations.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients.
5. Conduct research and develop best practices for the use of Oracle NetSuite systems.
6. Participate in training sessions for internal staff and clients.
7. Contribute to the development of new and existing products.
8. Assist in the testing and quality assurance of Oracle NetSuite systems.
9. Manage project timelines and deliverables.
10. Generate reports and documentation related to Oracle NetSuite systems.
