As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.   1. Provide administrative support to the office and all team members.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  3. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
  4. Greet and assist clients and visitors.
  5. Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  7. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  8. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  9. Maintain and update office records and databases.
  10. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any office equipment or facility issues.
  12. Serve as a liaison between office and external vendors.
  13. Assist with onboarding and training of new office staff.
  14. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve any potential office-related problems.
  16. Monitor and manage office expenses and budget.
  17. Plan and organize office events and activities.
  18. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Office Administrators At Rsm Us Must Possess Excellent Organizational Skills In Order To Manage Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities Efficiently. This Includes Managing Schedules, Coordinating Meetings, And Keeping Accurate Records.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office: As An Office Administrator, Proficiency In Microsoft Office Is Essential For Creating And Editing Documents, Spreadsheets, And Presentations. Familiarity With Other Software Programs, Such As Accounting And Customer Relationship Management Systems, Is Also Desirable.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For An Office Administrator At Rsm Us. They Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders Both Verbally And In Writing.

  • Attention To Detail: In A Fast-Paced Environment, Office Administrators Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail In Order To Ensure Accuracy In Tasks Such As Data Entry, Proofreading Documents, And Managing Financial Records.

  • Experience In Administrative Support: Previous Experience In A Similar Administrative Role Is Desired For An Office Administrator At Rsm Us. This Includes Experience With Office Procedures, Record-Keeping, And Managing Confidential Information. Experience In A Professional Services Firm Is Also Beneficial.
