We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a National Events & Meetings Sr. Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning and executing national events and meetings for our firm. We are looking for someone with a passion for event planning, a keen attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.   1. Plan and execute national events and meetings for the firm, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their event and meeting needs and incorporate them into the overall plan.
  3. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and managed effectively.
  4. Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and AV companies, to secure the best rates and services for each event.
  5. Create detailed event timelines and project plans, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  6. Oversee the production of event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and presentations.
  7. Coordinate event logistics, including registration, travel arrangements, and accommodations for attendees.
  8. Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  9. Monitor and report on event attendance and feedback, making recommendations for improvements.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning and apply them to enhance the quality and success of events.
  11. Assist with post-event evaluations and analysis, including budget reconciliation and ROI measurement.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
  14. Train and supervise junior event planning staff as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including legal and ethical standards, while representing the firm at events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Execution, Preferably In A Corporate Or Professional Services Setting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Teams.

  • Proficiency In Event Management Software And Technology, Including Registration Platforms, Event Websites, And Virtual Event Platforms.
