- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and effectively to their inquiries and concerns.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the MITS software solutions and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the MITS software, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all client interactions and technical support tasks.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize client support processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and sales, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in order to provide the most efficient and effective support to clients.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns before they become larger problems.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Client Support Or Technical Support Roles.
Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Applications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Clients.
Proven Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues For Clients, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Abilities.
