
MITS Client Support, Senior Associate

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients utilizing Managed IT Services (MITS).
- Serve as the main point of contact for MITS clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the IT industry to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the MITS team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to better serve clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their IT needs and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Assist with onboarding new MITS clients, including setting up their systems and providing training on how to utilize our services.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides for MITS clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our internal IT team to ensure timely and effective resolution of any technical issues.
- Communicate any client feedback or concerns to the appropriate teams within RSM to continuously improve our services.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing our MITS capabilities and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional development, staying current on industry certifications and advancements.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Environment.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Remote Desktop Support Tools.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.
Knowledge Of Mits (Management Information And Technology Services) Software And Systems, Including Erp, Crm, And Business Intelligence Tools.
