  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Microsoft licensing, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
  2. Conduct thorough analyses of clients' current Microsoft licensing agreements and usage to identify potential areas for improvement and cost savings.
  3. Proactively monitor and stay updated on changes to Microsoft licensing regulations and policies, and communicate any relevant updates to clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing clients' Microsoft licensing agreements and usage.
  5. Assist clients in navigating complex licensing scenarios and provide guidance on the most cost-effective and compliant solutions.
  6. Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to clients, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and features.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of client licensing agreements and usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Continuously assess and improve processes related to Microsoft licensing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promote RSM US as a leader in Microsoft licensing services.
  11. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and enhance knowledge and skills related to Microsoft licensing.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting RSM US's values of integrity, teamwork, and client focus.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Information Technology.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Microsoft Licensing And Related Software Asset Management.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Microsoft Product Offerings, Licensing Models, And Contract Terms.

  • Experience Working With Clients To Assess Their Software Needs, Negotiate Contracts, And Provide Guidance On Compliance And Optimization.
