- Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform for clients.
- Utilize technical expertise to assess and recommend appropriate solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on technical aspects of the Power Platform.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of the Power Platform.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the Power Platform to continually improve processes and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of technical proficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Microsoft D365 Power Platform Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications, Including Power Apps, Power Automate, And Power Bi.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
