- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance on how to leverage the Power Platform for digital transformation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in the Power Platform suite and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions using the Power Platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring timely delivery of projects and efficient use of resources.
- Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of the Power Platform.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Power Platform, staying informed on best practices, new features, and industry developments.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Act as a liaison between the clients and our internal teams, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Microsoft D365 Power Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Various Components Of The Microsoft D365 Power Platform, Including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, And Power Virtual Agents.
Experience With D365 Implementations: The Power Platform Manager Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Supporting Microsoft D365 Solutions In A Professional Setting. This Includes Experience With Configuring, Customizing, And Integrating The Power Platform With Other Systems.
Project Management Skills: As A Power Platform Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects Related To D365 Implementations. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Manage Project Plans, Allocate Resources, And Track Progress, Are Essential.
