- Oversee the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform for our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions using the Power Platform.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Power Platform related inquiries and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on the use and customization of the Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Power Platform projects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Power Platform and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use the Power Platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Power Platform with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and promote the Power Platform services.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the Power Platform and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and management on the progress of Power Platform projects.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the middle market industry and how the Power Platform can be utilized to drive efficiency and innovation for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to the use and management of the Power Platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for their Power Platform needs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to the Power Platform to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Microsoft Dynamics 365 And The Power Platform, Including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, And Power Virtual Agents.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.
Proven Experience In Designing, Developing, And Implementing Solutions Using The D365 And Power Platform Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues, As Well As Provide Training And Support For D365 And Power Platform Users.
