Manager - Risk & Data Analytics

At RSM US, we’re looking for a highly qualified and experienced Manager - Risk & Data Analytics to join our team. This is an ideal role for a candidate with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for recognizing and successfully managing risk. The successful applicant will be responsible for utilizing data and analytics to identify and mitigate risk, while also developing strategies to leverage data analytics in order to improve our business processes.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in risk/data analysis, decision support, or a related field. Additionally, a strong understanding of risk management principles, data analytics and mathematical models, and the ability to interpret results and explain complex findings in a clear and concise manner is essential. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a high degree of technical aptitude. Responsibilities:

• Utilize data and analytics to identify and mitigate risk
