- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the ESG risk consulting team to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services to clients.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to ESG risk management.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to develop integrated solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific ESG needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training to clients and internal stakeholders on ESG risk management practices.

Strong Knowledge Of Esg Principles And Practices: As A Manager In Esg Risk Consulting, Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Environmental, Social, And Governance (Esg) Principles And How They Apply To Business Operations. This Includes Knowledge Of Sustainability Reporting Frameworks, Emerging Esg Risks, And Best Practices For Implementing Esg Strategies.
Experience In Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Background In Risk Management, With A Focus On Esg Risks. This Includes Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies, And Monitoring Risk Performance.
