- Lead and manage projects related to ESG risk management and sustainability for clients.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential ESG risks and develop effective risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ESG initiatives and integrate them into the overall business strategy.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in developing and implementing ESG policies and practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clients' ESG programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to ESG and incorporate them into project strategies.
- Mentor and train junior team members on ESG risk management and sustainability practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate project progress and results to clients and senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in ESG risk consulting.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of ESG risk management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Esg Risk Consulting, Preferably In A Professional Services Firm
Strong Understanding Of Esg Frameworks And Regulations, Such As The Un Sustainable Development Goals And The Global Reporting Initiative
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Esg Strategies For Clients, With A Focus On Driving Positive Social And Environmental Impact.
