- Lead and manage ESG risk consulting projects for clients.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients regarding ESG risk management.
- Stay up-to-date on the ever-changing landscape of environmental, social, and governance factors.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate with clients to establish project goals and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Lead a team of consultants and provide mentorship and guidance to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential ESG risks for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on ESG risk management strategies and recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ESG risk management and provide thought leadership to the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our ESG risk consulting services.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and regulations in the ESG space to continuously improve our services.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Finance, Risk Management)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Esg Risk Consulting, Preferably With A Focus On The Financial Industry
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Esg Frameworks And Regulations (E.g. Sasb, Gri, Tcfd, Eu Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation)
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Manage Teams, Develop Project Plans, And Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Esg Risks And Opportunities For Clients And Provide Strategic Recommendations For Their Esg Strategies And Disclosures.
