- Lead and manage the AML/Audit Consulting team within RSM US, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient services to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing strategic solutions to support their AML and audit consulting needs
- Drive growth and success within the AML/Audit Consulting practice, identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with other teams within the firm
- Utilize your extensive experience and knowledge in AML and audit consulting to provide expert guidance and support to clients and team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting professional development and growth opportunities for team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to AML and audit consulting, incorporating them into service offerings and client engagements
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the firm to enhance service offerings and provide a comprehensive approach to client needs
- Serve as a role model and mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company and industry standards and regulations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) And Audit Consulting, Preferably In A Consulting Firm Or Financial Institution.
Strong Knowledge Of Aml Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, Including The Bank Secrecy Act (Bsa) And Usa Patriot Act.
Experience Leading And Managing Aml And Audit Consulting Projects, Including Developing Strategies, Overseeing Team Members, And Communicating With Clients.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Aml Risks For Clients.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (Cams) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Are Preferred. Additionally, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
