- Lead and manage the Anti-Money Laundering/Audit Consulting team at RSM US.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of clients' AML and audit processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and solutions to help clients comply with AML regulations and improve their audit procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AML and audit matters, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and delivering high-quality work.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within RSM US to provide comprehensive and integrated solutions for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and reports on project progress.
- Participate in business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives, to expand the firm's client base.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Strong Understanding Of Aml Regulations And Industry Trends: A Successful Manager At Rsm Us Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, Including The Bank Secrecy Act (Bsa) And The Usa Patriot Act. They Should Also Have A Strong Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Emerging Technologies, And Best Practices In Aml Compliance.
Extensive Experience In Aml/Audit Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Aml And Audit Consulting, Preferably At A Top Consulting Firm Or Financial Institution. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Aml Projects And Audits For Clients.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Manager Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify And Solve Complex Aml/Audit Problems. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Provide Strategic Recommendations To Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Manager At Rsm Us, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Teams, As Well As Building Relationships With Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
