  2. Provide leadership and direction to a team of consultants, ensuring delivery of high-quality services to clients and efficient utilization of resources.
  3. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  4. Stay updated on government contracting regulations, policies, and trends to ensure that the firm's services are compliant and relevant.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the public sector.
  6. Lead client engagements, providing expert guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  7. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  8. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables within budget and scope.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry leaders.
  10. Collaborate with other practice leaders within the firm to leverage cross-functional expertise and resources.
  11. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  12. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  13. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, promoting the government contracting practice and building the firm's reputation as a trusted advisor.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the government contracting practice to drive growth and profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Government Contracting And Consulting, Preferably Within A Management Consulting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Contracts And Regulations, Including Far And Dfar.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Government Contracts, Including Developing And Implementing Strategies For Winning New Business.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
