- Utilize strong background in management consulting to provide expert guidance and support to clients in the government contracting sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, understanding their unique needs and complexities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and manage a team of talented professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within RSM US to deliver innovative solutions and services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in government regulations to inform and guide decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive operational excellence within the government contracting practice.
- Represent RSM US at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in government contracting.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute on business development strategies, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service and value.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Management Consulting, Preferably In The Government Contracting Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Federal Government Contracting Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Government Contracts And Driving Growth In This Sector.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
