  1. Develop and implement strategies to expand our government contracting consulting services and grow our client base.
  2. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on government contracting regulations and compliance requirements.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality and timely consulting services to clients.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis of government contracting industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
  7. Stay updated on changes in government contracting regulations and policies to ensure clients are informed and compliant.
  8. Develop and execute training programs and workshops for clients to educate them on government contracting processes and regulations.
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities in the government contracting space.
  10. Continuously assess and improve our consulting processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  13. Ensure all consulting projects are completed within budget and meet or exceed client expectations.

  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through active participation in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Management Consulting And Government Contracting, With A Strong Understanding Of Federal Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Multiple Government Contracts, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Government Officials And Clients.

  • Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Business Challenges.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field, With Relevant Certifications Such As Pmp Or Cpcm Preferred.
