Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with IT services.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and requests for support in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Provide guidance to customers on the use of IT services and products.
  5. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure customer needs are met.
  6. Develop and maintain best practices in IT service desk operations.
  7. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of IT service desk policies and procedures.
  10. Work with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
