
Managed IT Services Service Desk Consulting Intern
RSM US is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Managed IT Services Service Desk Consulting Intern to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients and conduct research on new technologies. You must have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication and customer service skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow. We are looking for a self-starter who can take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. You must also have an aptitude for learning new software quickly and a strong technical aptitude. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on new technologies and develop appropriate recommendations.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and identify solutions.
- Develop and implement IT services and processes.
- Monitor and respond to service desk inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects from start to finish.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Train and mentor new employees on IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and document all IT processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
