  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, acting as the main point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
  2. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and meet business requirements.
  3. Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
  4. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to understand technology needs and identify potential vendors to meet those needs.
  6. Analyze and track vendor spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
  7. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform vendor selection and management strategies.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement vendor management policies, procedures, and standards.
  9. Communicate effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates on vendor performance, issues, and risks.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the vendor management process to ensure it aligns with best practices and industry standards.
  12. Train and educate colleagues on vendor management best practices and processes.
  13. Keep accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and performance metrics.
  14. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to vendor management.
  15. Contribute to the overall IT strategy and roadmap by providing insights and recommendations based on vendor management expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management Or It Procurement.

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Vendor Management Best Practices, Including Contract Negotiation, Performance Monitoring, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Using Vendor Management Software And Tools, Such As Contract Management Systems And Vendor Performance Dashboards.
