Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented IT Support Technician to join the RSM US team. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, be a problem solver, and have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.The successful IT Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring computer systems, and ensuring users’ technical requirements are met. This position requires excellent communication skills in order to provide timely and accurate customer service.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or related field, 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, and a deep understanding of computer systems and networking principles. Demonstrable experience in a customer service-oriented role is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to and troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding IT hardware and software issues.
  2. Configure computer systems and networks to meet customer needs.
  3. Provide timely and accurate customer service.
  4. Develop customer technical requirements.
  5. Monitor system performance and implement necessary maintenance.
  6. Install software and hardware on customer systems.
  7. Research and identify the best solutions to customer issues.
  8. Monitor system security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of customer IT systems.
  10. Remain up-to-date with emerging technologies and IT trends.
