We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Tax Transfer Pricing Associate to join our dynamic team.   1. Conduct research and analysis on international tax laws and regulations to support transfer pricing projects for multinational clients.
  2. Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and strategies for clients.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and data for transfer pricing analysis and documentation.
  4. Prepare and review transfer pricing reports, including benchmarking studies and documentation to support compliance with tax regulations.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide recommendations on transfer pricing strategies that align with their objectives.
  6. Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations and communicate potential implications to clients.
  7. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to transfer pricing for clients.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional client service.
  9. Assist with training and mentoring junior team members on transfer pricing concepts and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline transfer pricing processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all transfer pricing activities.
  12. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all job duties and interactions with clients and colleagues.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events to stay updated on industry trends and expand knowledge and network.
  14. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  15. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the international tax team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In International Tax And Transfer Pricing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Transfer Pricing Regulations And Principles.

  • Proficiency In Tax Software Such As Onesource Or Comparable Transfer Pricing Software.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Provide Strategic Recommendations.
