  • Assist the International Tax team in conducting research and analysis on international tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documents for international clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls to gain exposure to international tax planning strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports on international tax topics for internal and external use.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential international clients and business opportunities.
  • Support the team in staying updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations.
  • Participate in training opportunities to develop knowledge and skills in the field of international tax.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and project data.
  • Collaborate with other interns and team members on projects and assignments.
  • Uphold the values and standards of RSM US in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  • Knowledge Of International Tax Laws And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of International Tax Laws And Regulations Is Essential For This Role. The Intern Should Be Familiar With Tax Codes, Treaties, And Regulations Related To International Business Transactions.

  • Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Evaluate And Interpret Complex Tax Data And Identify Potential Issues Or Opportunities For Clients.

  • Communication Skills: As An International Tax Business Intern, Effective Communication Skills Are Crucial. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Tax Concepts To Clients And Colleagues, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
