- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of HR outsourcing services for clients, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services to clients.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current on HR industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a point of escalation for any HR-related issues.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR management.
- Create and maintain reports and analytics to track the effectiveness of HR services and provide insights to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Outsourcing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Legal Regulations.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Clients And Projects Simultaneously.
