- Develop and implement efficient and effective HR solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all their HR needs.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and develop customized HR plans to meet their specific needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and thorough responses to their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure all HR processes and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of HR outsourcing services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Act as a representative of the company, promoting our services and fostering positive relationships with potential clients.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the HR field.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Consulting Or Outsourcing Role.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Flsa, Ada, And Eeoc.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday, And Experience Managing Employee Data And Hr Processes.
