- Provide comprehensive HR solutions to clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring services accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality and timely HR services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide clients with accurate information.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in client's HR processes and make recommendations for implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize HR software and tools to efficiently manage client data and processes.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell HR services to existing clients.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for clients on various HR topics.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and increasing efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion with high-quality results.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resource Outsourcing Or A Similar Role
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Client Relationships
Experience With Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp, Workday, Or Ultipro, Preferred
