- Lead and manage consulting engagements related to strategic human resources initiatives for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' human capital needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of human capital consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all consulting engagements.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Capital Consulting, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Human Resources Management, Including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Human Capital Strategies That Drive Business Growth And Improve Organizational Effectiveness.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field; Advanced Degree And/Or Relevant Certifications (E.g. Shrm-Scp, Sphr) Preferred.
