  1. Conduct analysis and assessments of healthcare plans and strategies for clients.
  2. Utilize strong understanding of risk management and financial principles to provide insights and recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with team members and clients to develop solutions and strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and developments in the healthcare sector.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to provide accurate projections and forecasts.

  9. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new healthcare products and services.
  10. Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide expert insights and recommendations.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to client solutions.
  12. Adhere to industry standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines in all work.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of actuarial science.
  14. Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
  15. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance our reputation as experts in the healthcare sector.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or Related Field.

  • Relevant Actuarial Experience In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Risk Management And Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products, Pricing, And Risk Assessment Methods.

  • Professional Actuarial Designation (E.g. Asa, Fsa) From The Society Of Actuaries Or Casualty Actuarial Society.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Communicate Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
