The Financial Services Consulting Associate will provide business consulting services to clients of RSM US in the areas of financial services, including banking, insurance, investments, and other related services.To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial services with 1-2 years of experience in financial services consulting or financial services industry. The candidate should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Provide business consulting services to clients of RSM US in the areas of financial services, including banking, insurance, investments, and other related services. • Analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends, and develop recommendations based on analysis. • Develop business plans and strategies for clients and the firm. • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. • Participate in teams to develop solutions for clients. • Monitor the financial services industry and develop industry knowledge. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Maintain and update client records in a timely and accurate manner. • Perform research and analysis of financial services companies and products. • Work closely with other departments to ensure successful operations and client satisfaction.
